2018
We first met at a campus event called Bi’ah Lughawiyah. Back then, we didn’t really talk much. Kharis was fun, friendly, and easy to talk to. Amrina was quiet, a bit shy, and still figuring things out.
2019
Campus life went on. We weren’t in the same class, but sometimes we bumped into each other in big lectures.
We joined some batch events — both on campus and at cafés in Jogja.
Kharis, being the friendly guy he is, always tried to keep things chill and positive with everyone… including Amrina.
2020
Time passed, and moments with our 2018 friends started to feel special — like throwback memories you wanna keep forever. We both were growing up, learning to stand on our own, just like we’d always hoped.
2021–2022
These years hit everyone hard Everything went online. Classes, meetings — all from home. But we made it through and finally graduated.
2023–2024
Guess what? We met again in grad school — and this time, we were in the same class.
Grad school was no joke. Lots of teamwork.
We ended up doing a bunch of projects together… and got closer along the way.
By the end of 2024, we both knew — this was something special.
So we talked to our parents and decided to take the next step.
2025
Kharis finally asked Amrina’s parents for their blessing to propose.
And they said yes 💍
Now, we’re starting a new chapter — not just as a couple, but as a team.
Ready to grow, laugh, and go through life together… all the way to forever ❤️
